1. Show Book – research on devices in show – this should include phone #s.
2. Lightwright – instrument schedule, color cut list.
3. Order checklist – Gel order, any special parts list, gobos, custom colors and gobos
4. Control assign sheet (this can be pulled from lightwright.
5. Dimmer assign sheet (dimmer schedule).
6. Instrumentation breakdown by system and totals.
7. Control systems layout.
8. Power systems layout.
9. Cable breakdown by system and totals.  This should come from the layouts above.
10. Estimated shop schedule and overtime possibilities.
11. Labor estimate.  Personnel and hours.

 Due by 5/25:

4. Control assign sheet.
5. Dimmer assignments
6. Instrumentation
7. Control layout
8. Power layout
9. Cable breakdown.

 Additional parameters:

1. Assume all work to be out of NCSA shop.  Use NCSA shop as model for boxes, procedures, etc.
2. Anything not typically provided by NCSA shop must have research turned in with it.  Ex: if you wish to use a VL3000 you must design one or have pictures/manuals of what you want attached to your order.
3. Any instrumentation not typically provided by NCSA shop must be researched in shop book.
